Crysta-ApexC 1200 Series 3 dimensional coordinate measuring machine

(multiple measurements possible)

1. Non-Contact

In traditional contact type 3 dimensional measuring machines, it was only possible to make single-point valuations.
By incorporating the Line Laser Probe (METRIS LC60D), we can now make previously difficult multiple-point valuations of free-form surfaces, and can compare and cross-check the point group data with CAD models.
We can also provide the comparison and cross-check results on a color map.

* There may be times where it is not possible to make measurements if there are areas with deep grooves or narrow widths.

2. Copy Measuring

By using the copy measurement function, we can measure outlines and free form curves that cannot be inscribed on dimensions, and digitize them and make comparisons with 3D models.
This feature also has more measurement points than single-point measurements since it directly copies the surface shape, and this makes outline measurements more precise.
It also shortens the time taken for measurements substantially compared to single-point measurements.

3. Contact Type 3 Dimension

Measurements of large objects can be made by strokes of X1205×Y1205×Z1005.
Automatic CNC measurements are also possible.
